Chris & Ashley: A LOVE shoot...A lazy afternoon in Richmond

Well I say a lazy afternoon...it wasn't such lazy afternoon for Chris who showed his impressive rowing skills....power to rival our Team GB rowers as he navigated Richmond waters, skillfully dodging fast moving river traffic amid strong currents. A welcome ice-cream was devoured under the scorching sun, before a beautiful sunset was savoured in Richmond Park. The sun shone, the couple shone and we had a giggle and a half (minus the hungry midges). More sunshine please! LOVE x 

Go for Gold Team GB!

COME ON TEAM GB  - GO FOR GOLD! A past project saw me documenting a couple of our GB Olympic 2012 diving team members: Peter Waterfield and Chris Mears. Pete will be competing with partner Tom Daley in the 10m Synchro, and in the 10m Individual. Chris Mears will dive in the 3m Individual and 3m Synchro Spring Board. I have pure admiration and respect for these athletes, having seen how hard they train and the dedication involved in competing at this level. A rigorous training schedule of gymnastics, weights, trampolining, eye wateringly tough body weight excercises and physio to counteract the force of hitting the water at 40+ miles/hour all make up a normal week on top of the many hours of diving. Team GB are predicted to bring home 1-3 medals - GOOD LUCK guys, I will be cheering for you  :)

Dan & Jes: A LOVE shoot...A dreamy day in the countryside

Dan & Jes An engagement shoot in West Sussex 

Well....there was a battle with the weather and a big dilemma. An engagement shoot booked well in advance, for a beautiful soon to be married couple who specifically wished for a dreamy Summer's day engagement shoot in the countryside. 

We hung on to the hope that the sun may peep out for a second or two mid showers and thanks to a remarkable couple, whose cheer and perserverance was astounding, I think we won over the relentless rain. Heels were swapped for wellies, umbrellas popped up and good old British spirit was riding high as the couple sped through a soaking meadow on a tandem! 

Massive thanks to Dan & Jes for being such an amazing couple. Beyond excited to shoot your wedding! LOVE x

It's no secret that I love a bit of luxury and r & r.
